The Arab International Academy Early Years Section adopts a bilingual approach that provides children with balanced learning experiences in Arabic and English from their earliest years - an essential stage for building a strong linguistic foundation.
Language learning in the Early Years is delivered through interactive, play-based approaches, where children explore letters, sounds, and vocabulary through stories, songs, games, and creative expression activities. Children are given natural opportunities to use both languages in enjoyable daily contexts, fostering comprehension and confident communication.
This approach supports children’s linguistic readiness for the primary years and establishes a solid foundation that enables them to further develop their skills in both languages and, in time, confidently pursue the learning of additional languages.
