Personal, Social, and Physical Education

Personal, social, and physical education is an essential part of children’s daily life at the Arab International Academy Early Years Section. Through movement, play, and interactive activities, children develop their physical abilities, enhance balance, and build both fine and gross motor skills in natural and enjoyable ways.
Group games and cooperative activities provide children with opportunities to communicate, collaborate, and express their feelings. These activities also teach children essential values such as respect, empathy, and teamwork. Such experiences contribute to building children’s self-confidence and strengthening their sense of achievement and belonging.
We believe that movement and play are integral to children’s learning and balanced development. For this reason, physical education in the Early Years is designed as a positive and holistic experience that nurtures a love of movement, encourages healthy habits, and accompanies children on their learning journey with joy and reassurance.
