Music and Art Education
The Arab International Academy - Lusail is committed to developing students’ creative abilities through arts and music education, recognizing their essential role in expanding imagination, building well-rounded character, and enhancing students’ ability to learn and adapt within their social environment. As students progress through the school stages, arts education contributes to the development of social skills, problem-solving abilities, and diverse forms of self-expression.
Arts education also provides students with opportunities to discover their talents, explore the history of societies and peoples, and understand cultural diversity - strengthening cultural awareness and openness to others. In line with this vision, the Academy places special emphasis on teaching a wide range of arts disciplines across all stages, including performing arts such as drama and music, visual arts such as drawing, as well as literature and poetry.
Teachers across subject areas are encouraged to integrate the arts into learning using diverse approaches, recognizing their positive impact on classroom engagement, students’ self-confidence, and the creation of deeper, more meaningful learning experiences connected to students’ interests and lived experiences.
