Admissions Procedure
We are pleased to provide you with information about the admissions and registration process at Arab International Academy. Parents may complete the application form online and submit the required documents via email to:

1. Required Documents
Please attach the following documents with the application:
- Copy of the student’s Qatari ID and parents’ Qatari IDs
- Copy of the student’s birth certificate
- Recent passport-sized photograph of the student
- Copy of the student’s most recent school report
- Copy of the student’s passport and parents’ passports
- School reference form from the previous school (requested directly by the Academy)
2. Application Fee
Once availability in the requested grade is confirmed, an application fee of QAR 500 must be paid using one of the following methods:
- Cheque submitted at the Academy (Building 1), or
- Bank transfer to the following account:

Important Notes for Bank Transfers:
- Please clearly include the student’s name in the transfer reference.
- Ensure that the full amount is paid.
3. Application Review and Assessment
- The Admissions Department will review the application and documents and contact you to schedule an interview and/or assessment.
- Students are admitted in accordance with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education policies regarding admissions and equivalency of educational systems.
- Families will be informed of the final decision after the completion of the assessment and/or interview.
4. Upon Acceptance
If your child is accepted and you wish to proceed with enrollment, please complete the following:
- Payment of a seat reservation fee of QAR 2,000 (deducted from the first-term tuition fees)
- Submission of the student’s medical file issued by a government health centre
- Completion and signing of the approved medical form
- Submission of a letter from the parent’s employer confirming employment
- Submission of the final certificate from the previous school showing the student’s final grade
- Signing the tuition fee schedule and school policies
