Qatar National Day
In the presence of Dr. Abdulla bin Ali Al Thani chair of the board of trustees and
with the participation of students and members of the academic and administrative staff, Arab International Academy – Lusail celebrated Qatar National Day in an atmosphere reflecting pride in national identity. Attendees expressed their national affiliation by wearing traditional Qatari attire or outfits inspired by the colors of the Qatari flag.
The celebration included a range of activities designed to highlight the history and cultural heritage of the State of Qatar. Students presented various performances demonstrating their awareness of national identity including a performance of the national anthem. Attendees engaged in traditional games and heritage-related activities and sampled traditional Qatari cuisine. Artistic activities also contributed to creating a culturally authentic atmosphere
