Personal, Social, and Physical Education
Personal, social, and physical education is an essential part of the learning experience in the Primary School, supporting children’s holistic development; physically, emotionally, socially, and psychologically. Through a range of movement-based activities and cooperative games, students develop positive interaction skills, collaboration, and effective communication within an environment that promotes respect, empathy, and a sense of belonging.
These experiences contribute to building self-confidence, encourage healthy habits and informed choices, and foster a lifelong love of movement and learning. Through this integrated approach, physical education becomes a space for discovering abilities, developing life skills, and supporting overall well-being, all of which help prepare balanced and confident learners who can engage positively with others.
